Course Summary

This course is for network engineers and managers who require an overview of Network Functions Virtualisation (NFV) 

The course reviews the current state of NFV, introduces the leading bodies defining the standards and discusses the drivers behind the technology, and how they relate to each other and to Cloud Computing.

It then presents the high-level architecture of NFV and introduces their applicability to real network solutions, especially in light of mobile operators’ intent to virtualise their networks.

Prerequisites
