Gordon Raitt
Gordon is an international management consultant specialising in strategy, training and development at all levels of personnel within many major organisations.
Before becoming independent in 2000, Gordon held senior and executive positions in large organisations within industry.
Over many years, Gordon has worked with senior executives in the design and delivery of development programmes for board members through to front line personnel. He is recognised as an expert coach and an exceptional presenter of leadership courses by all who attend his programmes.
Although very well versed in all major management and leadership theories, Gordon takes a particular interest in working with groups and individuals to ensure that these theories can be implemented and applied on a day-to-day basis to solve specific business challenges.
His passion has always been in developing others, enabling them to achieve their goals and potential, and has over 30 years experience in this area of expertise. Gordon works with organisations in the identification of training needs, development of personnel and training strategies, planning and delivering training programmes, executive coaching and evaluating progress and training effectiveness.
Gordon is currently working with clients in the private sector in diverse industries, including telecoms, insurance, car manufacturing, hospitality and finance. He is also actively working with a number of government departments within the public sector - designing and delivering programmes for both sectors in the areas of:
