Founded in 1958, Wray Castle is a leading provider of technical training and consulting services relating to telecommunications, serving organisations tasked with managing critical national infrastructure and commercial telecommunications networks.   

Andrew has over 35 years’ experience in the global telecommunications sector, including with operators, vendors, consultants and internet pioneers.  Andrew was previously the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at Zain KSA, a listed US$2 billion revenues mobile operator (MNO), where he was instrumental in transforming annual losses of US$500M into net profitability.

Andrew has worked for (or advised) many well-known names across the telecoms sector including: Vodafone, BT, Deutsche Telecom, Motorola, Nokia, MTN, Ooredoo, China Telecom, Yahoo!, Virgin Mobile, J.Sainsbury’s, ASDA & RACAL Electronics.  He has raised funds for multiple technology/telco start-ups, subsequently serving in various CxO roles.

Andrew has been appointed as an Expert witness in numerous International Arbitrations, including those before the International Chamber of Commerce. 

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET).  He holds an MBA from the London Business School and Masters in Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey.
