Mr. Teboho Makakane has vast corporate business experience of 25 years. Most of the corporate experience was spent in the helm of various corporate entities as Chief Financial Officer. Qualified in B Comm Accounting, Mr Makakane honed his finance expertise in various industries both in South Africa and in various parts of the African Continent – viz; telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, mining, facilities management, amongst others. He possesses vast experience both in private sector and public sector.

Mrs Nelisa Msimango is a matured very experienced business person with over 18 years in leadership positions. A qualified accountant and auditor by profession, she is an astute entrepreneur who owns business in several sectors including ICT, financial services, Health and Beauty industries. She is an accomplished converter of concepts and ideas into successful business.  She displays a strong sense of balancing her commercial/corporate interests with community initiatives that have social impact and uplift communities and serves in several NGOs. She possesses expert knowledge in strategy development, financial planning and analysis and human capital management. She serves as executive and non executive director of companies and is the current chairperson of the HR Committee of Cipal Telecommunications.

Mr. Thami Msimango is the Deputy Chairman of Wray Castle Africa Pty Ltd. A visionary leader with over 28 years experience in corporate business. In Telkom SA, he served at executive level in strategy and in-depth network technology. He holds vast experience in the telecommunications after running the among others SBC’s (now AT&T)  Richardson Data Support Office  in Dallas. Thami  joined Telkom in 1984 and has extensive experience as CTO, CEO and in international business and Integration.
